Pierre Lamour had a vision of creating a unique restaurant concept that is like no other in the St. Louis region. He features menu items that are French West Indies, and Caribbean food.
His vision was inspired by his grandmother at an early age. The two of them always dreamed of owning a restaurant, but growing up in Haiti, making it difficult to achieve those goals.
Pierre Lamour is a 29-year-old entrepreneur that graduated from West Minister College, where he played football.
